Since opening in May 2019 Hacha has become a popular and award-winning neighbourhood Agaveria with our signature serve, Mirror Margarita, seeing additional success and growth as an RTD and brand in its own right. 2021 will see the opening of a second larger site and a focus of continued growth and development of the Mirror Margarita RTD. We are building an exciting new team of talented and experienced professionals to elevate our Hacha brand even further.

As the Retail Experience Manager at Hacha Brixton, your key focus will be to provide a memorable five-star experience to our guests whilst maintaining the bottle shop and hosting guests. This is a sales and retail based role however there will be some bar and food service involved. You will be expected to be well presented, attentive and a proactive team player.

- Welcome guests and introduce them to the shop, quickly assessing what they are looking for

- Open and close the shop each day to a high standard

- Knowledgeable about all stocked products

- Comfortable preparing our signature serves in addition to some snacks prepared behind the bar whilst maintaining the same service standards as the bar upstairs

- Keep the shop well stocked, clean and organised

- Stock management

- Keeping work areas tidy, maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the space

- Taking orders, serving drinks and snacks in a timely manner

- Providing a positive and friendly guest experience

- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

- Fluent in the Hacha offering on both floors

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a retail environment but also demonstrate a genuine dedication to hospitality and the Hacha brand, with a commitment to high quality service and of course, a love of agave spirits!
