We have an opportunity for a temporary Bordereaux Administrator (FTC) to join our Delegated Authority Department. You will report into the Senior Delegated Authority Data Manager and be responsible for assisting in delivering a first-class service and ensuring that the Business has the data necessary to allow for timely and accurate reporting and data analysis on binder business. You will also be cccountable to the Senior Delegated Authority Data Manager and provide day to day administration of binder bordereaux, also to locate binder data and original bordereaux into the Business’s systems.

This role includes responsibilities such as be responsible for location of Bordereaux data from varying mailboxes and repositories, saving of located Bordereaux into central folders, liaising with Underwriters and their Assistants, where the bordereaux are not available, champion the Company values and works in accordance with the organisational behaviours, plus additional ad hoc tasks as required

The successful candidate will demonstrate they have strong Microsoft Office skills, be a team player and logical thinker, have strong communication skills and knowledge of the insurance market is advantageous but not essential.
