Our client is looking for a Bookkeeper and Payroll specialist to join them on a part-time basis, working from home to ensure that their staff are paid accurately and on time, whilst also working to ensure invoices are processed too.

We are looking for a trained and experienced bookkeeper who has managed both sales and purchase ledge for a small business before.

You know the importance of having a great eye for detail and are highly proficient with excel and cloud-based accounting systems.

In an ideal world, you’d have experience of working with Xero but any cloud accounting experience would be relevant so long as you have the aptitude to learn new systems.

It is important that you’re based in or around Somerset so that you can visit the office when needed and meet up with your manager and team on occasion too, but there is no need to be travelling into an office environment daily.

As a self-starter, who is confident and efficient you’ll be an integral and valued member of the team.

This role is working 15-20 hours a week and can be spread across days (through usual office working hours) to suit the candidate. Paying a salary of c.£20,000 (pro rata).
