Bookkeeper and Facilities Co-Ordinator, £25-30,000K

Our client is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to deal with the daily transactions within the business supporting the Partner and external Accountants. You will also be involved in the general facilities management of their properties.

Working in a small team this is a very busy and challenging role with no 2 days being the same.

Key Duties:

Bookkeeping

  • General day to day bookkeeper
  • Sales and purchase ledger
  • Credit Control
  • Checking payments and updating database
  • Compiling information required for year end.
  • Drafting budgets for Director’s approval
  • Providing information required for Accountants.
  • Dealing with accounts queries

Facilities Co-Ordinator

  • Arranging repairs
  • General running of the buildings
  • Liaising with Contractors
  • Dairy management for repair work and inspections

Skills Required:

  • Bookkeeping experience
  • AAT qualified advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask.
  • High level of enthusiasm

  • 20 days holiday including 8 bank holidays.
  • Office hours 9-5.30pm with a one-hour lunch.
  • Fully office-based role.
