Job Title:Bookings Coordinator

Salary:£20,000 per annum + Per quarter Bonus

Type:Full time/ 6 months Fixed term contract

Hours: Monday to Friday -9am-5pm/ 8am -4pm (37.5 hours per week)

About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Bookings coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team, this role will be focused on maximising staff bookings for one of our many NHS Trusts.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain and update databases
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry of Bank and Agency shifts
  • To ensure any agency candidates are placed when there is no possible bank alternative available
  • Communicate with candidates and clients for bookings via telephone and email.
  • Work with the Senior Bookings Coordinator and Bookings Manager to increase bank fill rates

We believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous bookings experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills
