Here at Kindertons, part of the Examworks family, we are looking to recruit a confident and organised person to join our Bodyshop Team. This roll will be key in the day-to-day management of our repairer network and assisting in implementing a more structured approach to several key areas within the team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing inbound calls coming into the Bodyshop team.
  • Making outbound calls to repairers for information collection, as well as other chases and any other repairer follow up necessary.
  • Managing CRA process within Signable.
  • Engaging with key contacts internally and at repairers to arrange/confirm visits for the network managers and sales team.
  • Cleansing system data to ensure it is accurate based on file details and repairer compliance criteria.
  • Checking completed audits are in date and contact repairers where anything needs updating.
  • Liaising with all teams within Kindertons to ensure any repairer queries are dealt with proactively and accurately.
  • Working with the network managers and Bodyshop sales team to ensure repairers are fully compliant with our needs.
  • Engaging with repairers to improve exchanges of information and communication on a day to day basis.

Knowledge & Experience

Ideally a working knowledge of accident claims or body repair sector and how they operate would be advantageous but not required as full training will be given.

Be PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel & Power point.

Someone with office/Administration experience would be ideal.

Additional Information

Shifts - Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 - 38.75 per week

Salary - £18,100pa

22 days holidays plus bank holidays
