Salary: up to £60k DOE

We are looking for a talented and experienced BIM professional. Our client prides itself on an outstanding reputation and are recognised as experts across government, transport and the energy sectors, working on some of the largest projects in the UK.

The role would suit an experienced BIM Technician looking to make the jump to the next level. Modelling experience is required, with experience using Bentley Microstation or OpenBuilding designer desirable.

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of client information requirements. You’ll be responsible for model coordination, technical authoring, data verification, and information exchange/handover.

Summary Of Duties
  • Liaising with clients regarding project BIM requirements
  • Working alongside site engineers and surveyors
  • Establish and Implement BIM/Information Management Procedures
  • Coordinate/manage information exchange
  • Carry out BIM training
  • Modelling survey information to meet client standards
  • Implementation of Bentley software packages across the company
Ideal Candidate
  • 2+ Years Microstation and/or OpenBuilding Designer Experience
  • Experience working within the project sectors listed above
  • Working knowledge of BS/PAS1192/ ISO19650
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using CDE (Common Data Environments)
  • Experience using and post-processing pointcloud data and photogrammetry
  • Good working knowledge of IT and the surveying industry
