Then read on.Abatec is recruiting for a detail-orientated BIM Data Analyst on a permanent basis, to join our client, the principal contractor on a highway upgrade project near Merthyr Tydfil. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team and ensure the quality of Building Information Modelling (BIM) data.As a BIM Data Analyst You Will
  • Collect, validate, and maintain BIM data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness, aligning with project requirements.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to organize and categorise BIM data for easy retrieval and analysis.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define data standards and ensure consistent data entry and usage.
  • Work closely with the design team to coordinate BIM models, identifying and resolving clashes through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain an updated and clash-free federated model by integrating various discipline-specific BIM models.
  • Perform regular quality checks on BIM models and data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors.
  • Quickly address and rectify issues to maintain the integrity and reliability of the BIM data.
Our Client Requires a BIM CAD Technician With
  • HND/Degree in Construction related field.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or Data Analyst within the construction or design industry.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Salary/Benefits
  • Up to 35,000 per annum
  • Plus additional benefits package
