Read on..The task at hand:You’ll be supporting the billing function to deliver timely and accurate billing across all divisions, supporting the Billing Manager with activities such as:
  • Using our custom developed billing system to run reports and checks on customer charging
  • Resolving unbilled items (i.e. where a tariff hasn’t been assigned to a customer)
  • Data Collection and checks of Call Detail Records, identifying efficiencies where possible
  • Reconciling supplier invoicing against our own reporting
  • Enable live bill run sign offs
  • Templating reports such as revenue forecasts, customer churn and credits
You’ll be great in this role if:You have good working knowledge of Excel, have excellent critical thinking skills and efficiently recitfy issues, have a positive and proactive approach to work and, are an excellent communicator with problem solving skills.To enable our people to do their best work and reach their full potential, we offer:
