Job Title: Bilingual Inside Sales Channel Account Manager - Norwegian

Your role
Working within the Nordic territory the ICAM will initiate, own, and close sales opportunities on Products and New Service through interacting with a nominated set of Poly Channel Partners, as well as being responsible for the successful on-boarding, development and retention of those Partners. You will be expected to generate and drive a sufficient pipeline of deals to ensure financial targets are met. Supporting a wider scope of regional Partner related requirements is also part of this diverse role.
Your day to day:
Every day is different, but here is an overview of what you will be required to do:
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with channel partners as well as end users - existing and potential - to develop new business opportunities and drive success.
  • Provide sales training and channel management, ensuring your Partners can effectively position and sell Poly’s solutions.
  • Drive & implement the Poly Partner Programme to maximize ROI & Profitability for the channel partners
  • Develop sales incentives for your managed partners to grow sales & Poly market share.
  • You will provide your input to sales and marketing programs, specifically with respect to market trends.
  • Maintain accurate and timely forecasts and opportunity updates including records in Poly’s Sales CRM – Salesforce.com.
  • Be the central point of contact for all deal registration requests emanating from your Partner base.
  • Align with the Regional Sales Lead’s strategy for the geography. The ICAM should also team with EMEA Channel Stakeholders to ensure an aligned strategy for the region.
  • Liaise with Sales Engineering and Poly’s broader services organization to ensure product and/or service recommendations and quotations are accurate and meet the customer’s requirements
  • Undertake any other duties required to assist in the successful operation of the department.
What we would like you to have:
  • Typically, 2 years+ of related experience (e.g., channel business development (distributor and/or reseller), inside sales account management, pipeline management, technology sales).
  • Demonstrable track record of sales success with strong selling capabilities, and an ability to process and retain large amounts of information.
  • Proven track record working with cross functional teams including Product Marketing, Business Development, Channel Management, and Product Management.
  • Educated to A level (or country equivalent) standard.
  • GCSE pass at grades C or above in English and Maths (or country equivalent).
  • Fluent in English - verbally and written at business level.
  • Fluent in Norwegian verbally and written at business level.
