We are recruiting for a market leading UK financial company due to company growth, they are expanding their Customer Service Team.

This role is in their Rochester office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that offer genuine training and development plus fantastic salary £26,000 - £28,000 role will be heavily focused around bookings, speaking with clients via telephone, incoming and outgoing, and building strong relationships.

To be considered for this role you must be fluent in two European languages as well as being fluent in English both written and verbal

Duties For The Customer Service Advisor

Responding promptly to customer inquiries from various channels

Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to provide responses to customer questions.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Maintain positive relationships to ensure repeat and return customers.

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information.

Adhere to quality and compliance.

Have a keen eye for detail and demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Ability to recognise problems and areas for improvement.

Ability to go the extra mile to engage customers.

Efficient with the ability to multi-task.

Experience of building relationships over the telephone.
