Job Title:Bid & Tender Management/Writing
Salary:£45,000-£55,000
Location:Surrey Reporting to:Group Sales Director We are working with an award-winning media procurement agency, delivering integrated print, marketing, creative and digital solutions. With innovation and strategic communication at the forefront of their business, they are renowned for their versatility, creativity and visionary concepts when offering their clients bespoke, tailored solutions. In this role you will work alongside the Sales Director using various platforms including online portals to identify and qualify new business opportunities whilst matching to company parameters. Alongside this, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation including writing, management, and submission of formal tender responses, including: Assembling and leading the appropriate project team to deliver a timely and compelling response. Management of questions, answers, updates, and other documentation through assorted e-tendering portals/other communication channels as directed. Preparing documentation and presenting at commercial review and sign‐off meetings Proof‐reading final bids, and ensuring that format, layout, and content meets the response guidelines and delivers the highest quality response. A key focus will be to ensure that the bid pipeline remains constantly updated and flows intricately by continually updating records, statuses, and outcomes of all bids, whether pending, live, submitted, or proposed. Understanding your customers and their needs is crucial in this role, so you will work closely with the sales lead to gather an in-depth understanding of each customer’s needs and requests to ensure that that a dynamic, tailored solution is offered to meet their needs. You will use Sharepoint to maintain the tender library ensuring that standard response templates, policies, financial information, and documents are updated to ensure maximum effect when used by the team. Furthermore, you will liaise with relevant SME’s to gather all the necessary information to support writing accurate responses for sales and marketing purposes. In collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Teams you will produce compelling client-facing pitches and presentations.
