A leading provider of HR systems and technology is seeking a Commercial Bid Manager to join their busy team. This is an ideal role for a commercially minded bid professional looking for a new challenge. Key Responsibilities: To play a lead role in the administration, project management and delivery of formal processes, including RFIs, RFPs and ITTs. To ensure the organisation is represented effectively on public sector frameworks. To actively monitor tender portals. To develop and maintain a bid library of relevant materials to expedite responses to formal processes. To support the Commercial Director with pricing strategies and pricing applications. To take responsibility for non-disclosure agreements. To review all supplier agreements and contracts. To play a lead role in the formulation of client contracts and service schedules. To engage with other functions in support of the formulation of pricing and proposal documentation. To support other activities as required by the Commercial Team from time to time. Required Skills / Experience: Ideally educated to degree level. Minimum three years’ experience of bid management in a relevant sector. Excellent administration and project management skills. Excellent written skills and ability to position proposition situationally. Solid commercial judgment. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Ability to multi-task effectively. Strong product understanding and representation. Excellent time management. High attention to detail. Highly organised. Team player who will work effectively and closely with Commercial Team colleagues.
