We’re looking for a Bid Manager to join our Facilities Management team based in Basingstoke. Within this role, you can enjoy agile working, Company car or Car allowance, Medical Cover and even more.


Location: Basingstoke - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required


Contract: Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know


Responsibilities

As a Bid Manager, you’ll be working within the Facilities Management Team, supporting them in achieving work winning targets.

Your day to day will include:

  • Follow the agreed bid management procedures and ensure they are implemented at each stage of the bid process
  • Chair Kick off meetings, solution development and mid bid meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Develop tender period programme and circulate to team
  • Ensure bids takes proper account of all Kier Group policies, standards and procedures
  • Lead bid team at internal adjudication, ensuring procedures are followed and the bid is well prepared
