£9.85 - £11.51ph (BANK) Dependent on experience

BeWell@StepOne is a small multidisciplinary team of staff and volunteers, piloting, developing and delivering community-led remote mental wellbeing training and support services to improve the mental health of people in our communities.
Our aims are to:
- Improve people’s own resources and skills to manage their own mental health and wellbeing by building on existing strengths and positive solutions
- Improve and expand people’s social connections to reduce loneliness and isolation
- Increase and extend the range of opportunities available to those in our community
- Reduce mental health stigma and discrimination for all
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking highly-motivated and dynamic people to join the BeWell@StepOne team.
The role will require you to work across the range of our activities with young people, adults and older people, providing support and self-management techniques remotely through online courses. You will be involved in outreach, offering dedicated time to allow people to engage with us at BeWell@StepOne.
You will also be involved in developing and delivering opportunities for people to self manage; this maybe in co-delivery of co-designed learning sessions and groups or in 1-1 sessions.
We are also involved in delivering learning opportunities within our organisation, local groups and businesses, carers and supporters.
This is an exciting role for you to be part of the continuing design, delivery, promotion and marketing of BeWell@StepOne.
