Our client is an established top end hospitality brand providing high end food & beverage products and they are currently looking to appoint a talented and skilled Beverage Manager. The candidate will be able to drive a large team of managers and most importantly give them the level of guidance and inspire them in delivering the expected level of service in unique settings. The role requires the following: A Mixologist at heart and from trade with a natural ability to create and inspire Aware and knowledgeable about new trends in the world of mixology. Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial mindset Great leadership skills and ability to manage a team of bar managers and bartenders Passionate about mixology Ability to inspire and elevate the standards of beverage service in all operations across the group Report directly to the Executive team. Responsible for a large team and Ability to create a Bar program and create unique partnerships within the bar sector at that level.
