Are you an experienced and compassionate Behaviour Mentor ready to make a significant impact on students’ lives? Our Partnered School is searching for a dedicated professional to join our team, supporting students in small groups and on a one-on-one basis, running intervention sessions, and nurturing their overall well-being.

About the Role: As an Experienced Behaviour Mentor, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding positive transformation. Your expertise in running targeted intervention sessions and providing one-on-one support will be the driving force in unlocking the potential of students facing behavioural challenges.

Position Details:

  • All applicants must have a proven track record in behaviour support and intervention.
  • An enhanced DBS check is mandatory for the safety and security of our students.

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, offering a consistent and supportive work schedule.
