Calling on all high-value Associates! Do you want to become a co-owner Principal Dentist of your own practice? Would you like to have a stake in your own practice but are worried about raising finance, paperwork, regulatory compliance, managing teams of nurses, receptionists, and of course other Dentists?We are looking for an experienced Dentist to join our 3-chair practice, Longridge Dental Centre in Preston.As a ‘Principal Dentist’, you would enjoy the clinical and operational freedom to run your own practice AND have the compliance, marketing, and finance support and access to the resources of Smart.We don’t ask for a single penny from our Principal Dentists – just your great attitude, amazing work ethic, ability to build a high-quality dental team and offer fantastic service to expand a private service on top of our NHS commitment.You will be joining a fantastic and friendly clinical team and will be supported by our fully trained Area Manager, friendly Qualified Dental Nurses, and Patient Coordinators/Receptionists!Our Principal Dentists are coached and mentored by our experienced Clinical Board of Directors to help develop their practice to become the leading practice in the area.Smart will invest in the digital journey by introducing practice specific branding, websites, social media marketing, refurbishment as well as investment in digital intra oral scanners and CBCTs.If you are interested in working with Smart as a Principal Dentist, please send your CV and we can have a confidential chat!
