Account Manager-Telecoms Life-cycle Service Brackley, Bicester, Croughton £18,000-£22,000 during training and development (OTE £60,000-£80,000 uncapped year 2). My client are a leading Telecoms Service company, providing solutions to the Uk and international markets. with an enviable client list that includes companies like BT, Vodafone and Virgin Media. This company are leaders in the migration of equipment, sourcing equipment and consultancy services to the telecoms sector. The Account Manager will be opening and developing a portfolio of of both international and national brands which will require an articulate, customer focussed individual for this account Managers role. Unlike many roles this company will take you on a journey of zero to hero, yes that’s right, you don’t need any experience but a leaning to doing the best you can for yourself and a high intensity work rate. reporting into a Senior Sales manager and working very closely with the CEO and Business Development Director these account managers role are key to the company’s growth and increasing the already strong customer base through proactive drive and continued development and learning. Role responsibilities: 1) Account Tactics an planning to capitalise on market growth. 2) Agree regular calling patterns and account management processes. 3) Supporting and mentoring junior Account managers. 4) Client facing-Meeting portfolio clients. Background 1) Ideally Account management experience gained within a similar technology led environment but you really only need drive and determination, probably sat doing a job you know your better than and want to earn much much more, it may take a few months but people in this company earn 100k + once trained. 2) a good understanding of technology or desire to work in this space. 3) Accurate and articulate approach to work . 4) Mature and calm approach - relationship driven. 5) never say never approach, driven to make things happen for yourself.
