A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Full time/Part time Bar/Waiting Staff to join our team of Food & Beverage Assistants at the China Fleet Country Club which is set in 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, just 15 minutes from Plymouth’s city centre. We are a Country Club that offers accommodation, fitness & leisure, golf, dining, hair & beauty, weddings, conference and events.

You will be required to work in all aspects of a busy brasserie, Lounge bar and functions and events.

Duties To Include
  • Serving hot/cold food
  • Serving hot/cold drinks
  • Setting up and clearing down events
  • Cash Handling
Hours will be predominately evenings and weekends

You Will Need To Be
  • 18 and over due to licensing laws of serving alcohol
  • Flexible to work hours in line with business needs
  • Be a team player and enjoy the buzz of being busy
  • Be smart and well presented
Previous Bar and/or food service experience is desirable

Food Hygiene Certificate, Personal Licence and a First Aid at Work Certificate would be an advantage.
