Bartenders are at the heartbeat of a successful service and is the individual who will have the most impact and influence on the guest experience within the bar. Their showmanship, flare and rapport that can quickly build a lasting relationship and create continuous repeat business. Guests rely heavily on a bartender’s knowledge, to guide them towards the best drink suggestions and even food pairings suited to their needs. With an innate passion for hospitality, you are expert salespeople and can spot an opportunity to add valuefrom a mile away.As well as handling drink and food requests from guests, you’ll need to work effectively with floor team, kitchen teams,hosts, and of course, your fellow bar team.
