Are you an experienced Barista looking for temporary work in Café’s located in Schools, Universities and Care Homes based in SW London / KT / TW / SM & CR4 Postcodes?

Flexible Hours:
  • Monday to Sunday
  • Pay Rates: Monday to Friday from £11.05+ per hour plus overtime at weekends

Roles & Responsibilities/General Skills:
  • Experience of working in a Café as a Barista
  • Ability to operate an Italian Coffee Machine
  • An in-depth knowledge of types of coffees and how to make them
  • The ability to work quickly and to the required standard of the Café
  • An understanding of the importance of health and hygiene
  • A great team player
  • Good listening skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Good communication skills
  • A willingness to learn
  • A positive attitude

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Taking orders and making coffee
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Possibly operating the cash machines
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean and operational, cleaning preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
  • Wash utensils and cups and making sure they are stored appropriately
  • Sort, store and distribute ingredients under instruction
  • Dispose of rubbish correctly
  • Receive deliveries of stock items, checking off items and storing them correctly

Requirements:
  • Up to date Food & Hygiene Level 1 certificate, if not we can supply for free
  • Flexible with working locations in SW London / KT / TW / SM & CR4 Postcodes
  • Enhanced DBS may be required, if not we can supply one at a fee
  • Experience working in a fast - paced environment
