The Person

You are a fun, friendly and well-presented individual. You are a great team worker and are passionate about customer service and eager to make a difference to our guests’ experience. You are a passionate barista and enjoy making great hot drinks and working with quality products.

The Role

As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to all hotel and external guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and look after guests from the moment they arrive in the restaurant until they leave
• Craft delicious hot drinks
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Resolve complaints or issues guests might have
• Maintain friendly and professional service at all time
• Upsell and maximise sales and revenue

Requirements

• Previous Barista experience is desired
• Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
