Wanstead’s first independent speciality coffee shop, the Larder, is looking for a strong barista with fantastic customer service skills to join the small and friendly team. The role is full-time, 5-days per week and will often include both weekend days. Shifts are typically 8am/9.30am to 4.30pm/5.30pm.

About You

You make great coffee, you work well with colleagues and you know how to combine informal but professional customer service. You’re a self-starter who can spot what needs doing during the service, whether on the coffee machine, the till or the floor. If you’re ambitious, we have room to develop you into more senior roles.

You will be a natural in the hospitality business with good experience, and have at least 1 years’ experience of high-quality coffee and milk.
