Job Description

Stafffinders are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic hotel operator, as they seek a talented and guest-focused Bar Supervisor to join their F&B team.

Responsibilities within your new role

As the Bar Supervisor, you will report directly to the Hotel management team and you will be tasked with serving beverages to guests within the hotel, delivering first-class customer service at all times. You will lead and supervise the drinks service, including cocktails, wines and coffees, within the restaurant, bar and functions areas within the hotel, whilst also supporting the training of more junior bar team members.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

Previous bar experience in similar environments is essential and experience as a mixologist is beneficial, but not essential as full training can be provided. We are eager to speak with candidates who are enthusiastic and willing to learn all aspects of service within a luxury setting, and who can lead by example while maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times. Candidates should be professionally presented with excellent communication skills and engaging personality traits.
