Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Create and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative drink menus that complement the food offerings
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and waste management
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the bar’s reputation

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, mixology, and drink recipes
- Familiarity with food production and preparation processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance within the bar area
