A posistion has arose for a committed, proactive Bar Manager who would enjoy working in an exciting, high-end environment.

Your main responsibilities will be to maintain the bar in it’s entirety, including:

Stock ordering, creating a seasonal wine and cocktail menu, line cleaning, involvement with social media and the booking system. This would also include additional duties such as cashing up, opening and locking up on the GM’s day off.

You will also ensure that safety controls are followed, maintain current licenses and be up to date with any latest training. This role will require you to set objectives to increase profits and maximize customer satisfaction. You should also be able to work with diverse personalities and offer excellent customer service.

In order to succeed as a Bar Manager, you should be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent problem-solving, observation, and interpersonal skills.

Previous bar experience is essential.

Management experience is desirable but not essential.
