What we need from you?

  • Have a proven history of delivering outstanding service in a fast paced environment.
  • Have 1 or more years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Have exceptional communication skills.
  • Be passionate, friendly and proud of the food and drink that we sell.
  • Have a welcoming and friendly approach, able to connect well with our guests and attend to their needs while understanding our menu and the quality of food that we serve.
  • Be able and willing to work effectively as part of a team whilst maintaining our standard of service at all times and ensuring our guests are the priority.
  • Be eligible to work full time in the UK.
  • Be able to manage a busy section in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enhance your guests’ experience via exceptional knowledge of our menu.
