Restaurant and Bar manager Bar dos Hermanos.

Duties and responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar and weekend brunch service, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train bar and Brunch staff, including bartenders and servers
- Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Create and update drink menus and breakfast.including specialty cocktails and seasonal offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Organize and oversee special events or promotions at the bar
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service

Requirements:

  • - Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant environment
  • - Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including mixology techniques- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service- Proven ability to manage inventory and control costs- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other bar management software is a plus- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, dand holidays as requiredJoin our team as a Bar Manager at our vibrant hotel.
