We are excited to share an opportunity to join our team as a Band 7 HR Business Partner.
Our ideal candidate is an HR professional who can utilise their significant previous experience to deliver an effective Human Resources service across NHS Somerset ICB.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and pro-active HR advice at both an operational and strategic level and will have a high degree of autonomy in your role.
You will also support the Associate Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development to develop the Human Resources strategy for the organisation and be responsible for programmes of organisational change and improvement.
This opportunity would be ideal for a candidate who is keen to work across a range of HR activities as a generalist whilst developing a strong understanding of the Health and Social care system in Somerset and how NHS Somerset ICB contributes to improving population health outcomes.
