Band 6 CMHT Clinician - Non-Psychotic Pathway skilled in DBT/SCM

If you can answer yes to these questions then we want you to apply for our band 6 posts in Sarum CMHT. We have redesigned the model of care based on identified pathways and we are looking for clinicians who are skilled or have an interest in training to deliver interventions to service users in the non-psychotic pathway.

We have initiated a training programme of structured clinical management which is evidence based approach for individuals who are on a non-psychotic pathway this would be available to new staff.

If you are up for the challenge this is an exciting opportunity for clinicians to work in a focused way developing skills for an identified group of individuals who are on a non-psychotic pathway.
