Primary Care Liaison is a specialist mental health assessment service in Wiltshire.

You will join a highly experienced and dedicated team who pride themselves on collaborative working , whilst providing interventions for a range mental health presentations. We cover a large geography with a diverse population as such we are continually adapting our service provision. We take a modern approach to working remotely and recently introduced assessments and interventions via ’Attend Anywhere’.

We invest in all our team members and will support you to develop new skills and training opportunities such as ’brief interventions’, ’Non medical prescribing’ and ’management’

If you hold an appropriate professional registration (i.e. mental health nursing, social work, OT) and would like to experience being part of our dynamic team please apply!
