An excellent opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, motivated, inspirational and innovative health visitors to join our experienced skill mixed 0-19 teams within Children and Family Health Surrey.
You will be a highly skilled clinical practitioner, with leadership and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also have a strong approach to teamwork whilst also demonstrating the ability to work on your own initiative. You will have a good understanding of children, young people and their families and the ability to deliver the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) to a diverse population across specific geographical areas of Surrey.
We are committed to professional development, have an invigorating training plan and model to support newly qualified health visitors.
You will also be supported by our clinical specialists, clinical team leaders, service managers and our safeguarding team to provide excellent professional practice and to further develop your skills and knowledge.
