Role:B2B Sales Manager

Salary: Between £25,000 - £30,000 p/a DOE + Bonus (OTE £42K) + Benefits

Company/Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting business where you will play an integral part. As the B2B Sales Manager you’ll need a strong background in B2B sales and as a team leader, with a solid background in developing individuals.

The main responsibility of the role is to provide leadership and development to a team of individual sales professionals. You will be there to support, coach and develop the team to ensure the advisors achieve their KPI’s and sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of B2B sales advisors
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team
  • Setting individuals key objectives
  • Completing coaching and 1-2-1’s with advisors
  • Ensure service delivery levels are exceeded

Skills:

  • Experience of working within a contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • B2B Sales experience is essential
  • Telecommunications and/or utilities background is desirable
  • Natural ability to effectively lead a contact centre sales team
  • KPI management
  • Time management, personal and team organisation
  • Coaching and performing success
  • Performance management
  • Self motivation
  • Flexibility as and when required
