    The role
  • To make proactive outbound calls and follow up calls to the agreed target customer base
  • You will aid the customer contact coordinators in the handling of queries, issues and orders, thiswillincludetakingincomingcallsanddealing withappropriatelyandinaprofessionalmanner.
  • Build and maintain customer databases of the products, services and suppliers
  • To analyse market information with your manager and target key accounts to develop further sales
  • To provide acceptable levels of support and advice on the Company’s product range
  • Build up a detailed knowledge of alternative products offered by ourcompetitors.
  • To provide customer quotes and prices
  • Tomaintain productknowledgeandsales skillstotherequiredstandard.
  • Upsellingandcross sellingtheproducts/services.
    • The successful candidates must demonstrate;
  • Excellent customer service delivery skills
  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Excellent telephone / communication skills
  • The ability to develop successful client relationships and resolve customer enquiries
  • Ambition and motivation to help drive the business forward
  • Good I T skills, well organised with a friendly professional approach
