Your new role:

As a Programme Manageryou will be one of our consultants performing on one of our major engineering projects in the UK. You will also be contributing to our development and growth within the Automotive industry.

AsProgramme Manageryour main responsibilities will be:

  • Requirements definition and capture for multidisciplinary projects (including, software, hardware, and production engineering).
  • Overall project management of multidisciplinary projects (including, software, hardware, and production engineering) associated within the Programme area. You will be responsible for collating and reporting the multidisciplinary requirements
  • Be comfortable with, manage and effectively take care of risk, change and reinvention of process and design

The successful candidate will have the chance to work on several exciting projects throughout their career with Alten, developing their engineering knowledge as a Programme Manager and a consultant.

Experience required:

  • You’ll need proven experience in delivering full life-cycle electrified Powertrain programmes within a change management environment and working closely with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Significant leadership experience, to include facilitation, change management, people management, Influencing colleagues and senior stakeholders
  • Clear and concise reporting of complex inputs
  • Management and reporting of budget status

Qualifications required:

Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with demonstrable experience.
