An Automotive Design Engineer is needed working Mon - Fri, no weekend work, Early finish on a Friday, Working at the forefront of their field, Bespoke projects, paying up to 45K

A well-established Specialist Vehicle Manufacturer that has built up an excellent reputation within its sector is seeking an Automotive Design Engineer to join the team due to the current level of business.

Location: Batley

Automotive Design Engineer Duties
  • To take conceptual 3D models, and translate them into working drawings and BOM.
  • Modify existing designs to suit new chassis platforms.
  • Productionise conceptual models with a view to economic batch manufacture.
  • Prepare all necessary production drawings, in line with agreed Company schedules, to ensure that the performance and quality requirements of the specification are met.
  • Ensure designs relate to standards required by specific customers and specific markets and that all statutory conditions are met.
