Audit & Accounts Software Support Executive - Leading Accountancy firm

Oldbury / Maidstone - Up to £30,000

This UK leading accountancy firm are looking for a Software Support Specialist to join their small team either at their office location in Oldbury or Maidstone on a hybrid basis. The role will be working in a small team whilst reporting to the National Client Solutions Senior Manager, the overall purpose of the role is to receive and deal with calls from the firm’s CaseWare users nationally, and assist in the development and testing of updates to both CaseWare Accounts / their own Audit System. Training on the operation of the software will be provided

You will be helping to identify and investigate issues which are bugs in either the accounting or the audit software so that they can be raised with programmers and solutions delivered.

Essential skills:

  • High level of I.T. literacy
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach
  • Understanding of accounts / audit terminology
  • Experience of using accounting or audit software
  • Excellent attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with CaseWare would be advantageous



They are offering a salary between £25,000 - £30,000 based on experience (*top end requires good experience with CaseWare), along with other great benefits.
