Job Title: Audit Supervisor

Corporate Title:Vice President

Location:Chester/London

Role Description:
  • Proactively sourcing ideas for the anticipatory pipeline and developing a strategy of keeping abreast with key internal and external events impacting the risk profile and the control environment.
  • Providing leadership for the audit projects within the anticipatory plan in EMEA.
  • Proactively defining audit scope testing scope.
  • Coaching & training more junior associates within the team.
  • Coordination anticipatory coverage with regional line of business audit teams, subject matter experts and the US Anticipatory team.
The Team:

The EMEA ECF Audit team currently comprises of 20 Auditors with diverse experience and skills. The team is well diversified in relation to gender, ethnicity and knowledge and experience, with focus on valuing every associate’s contribution and helping associates to develop and progress their careers and achieve their goals. Role related internal and external training is encouraged and supported helping associates to develop their technical/ product and soft skills.

The role will offer exposure to senior management in the EMEA region.

Core Skills:
  • Broad understanding of financial services products and processes.
  • Proactive / critical thinking, willingness to learn and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to process information and change focus quickly in line with the add hoc nature of anticipatory assignments.
  • Solid understanding of internal audit processes and methodology requirements.
  • Strong team player skills and solution orientated attitude.
  • Good communication and influencing skills and attention to detail.
  • Preference for professional qualifications
