Meduc8ion is a healthcare course provider that offers courses in Earwax Removal, Ear Anatomy & Otoscopy, Occupational Health Technician Training and Drug & Alcohol testing. The demand for our courses is growing every day, and our Earwax Removal course has sold out until 2023.

As an ever-expanding business, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to manage all our courses, develop more courses and build a team of trainers to expand the business further. The eligible candidate will need to be an experienced audiologist, as delivering our Earwax Removal and Otoscopy courses will also be a key requirement.

At Meduc8ion, we value safety. We ensure that our course trainees can safely and efficiently perform Otoscopy and Earwax Removal procedures on our patients before we allow them to qualify. For this reason, we only allow pre-existing healthcare professionals onto our Earwax Removal course.

The eligible candidate will start by initially shadowing our main trainer on the pre-existing course dates (currently 2 per month) whilst demonstrating their skillset in day-to-day clinical settings to eventually develop the confidence and ability to run the courses themselves.

Key Role Requirements/Duties

  • To quickly learn and be able to provide a 2-day course in Earwax Removal
  • To quickly learn and be able to provide a 1-day course in Otoscopy
  • To work alongside administrator to ensure all courses are setup correctly and functioning smoothly
  • Implement new courses
  • Manage and grow our Occupational Health division
  • Work alongside and manage the administration assistant
  • Possess the ability to provide audiological services on non-training days to keep on-top of skillsets
  • Role would be best for a confident experienced audiologist/RHAD who has real passion for exceptional client care
  • Offer tailored hear care solutions and provide exceptional after-care to maintain their reputation as a hear care provider
  • Full time role working Monday-Friday 9am-4:30pm offering a great work-life balance
  • Requires candidate to be flexible to travel on some days during their working week

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • To apply for this position, you must be registered with the HCPC as a Hearing Aid Dispenser
  • Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Previous trainer experience is desirable but not essential

Up to £35,000 per year (Depends on experience and amount of days working)
