I am currently working on behalf of one of Londons leading Estate Agencies, who are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team in North London.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage their own diary, have strong attention to detail, and have a clear passion to progress within the industry. Experience of Section 8s and 21s is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities

Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.

  • Conducting property inspections.
  • Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, EICRs, EPCs and all other legal documentation to ensure that all managed properties comply with current legislation
  • Keep up to date with changes In legislation and raising or suggesting Improvements or changes to ensure these are met.
  • Managing new tenancies and renewals.
