Who are we looking for and why work at Natural Power?

The Planning & Environment Department within Natural Power is made up of a diverse range of both off and onshore consultants with considerable technical experience and expertise covering both ecology and planning. We are currently recruiting a number of roles to build up our offshore planning team so we can support our clients on their offshore wind projects. The Associate Technical Director will lead a team of marine planning experts and provide specialist technical advice within the offshore planning team to ensure the successful co-ordination and delivery of our high profile offshore renewable projects. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the successful co-ordination, delivery and QA of project deliverables to support site identification, planning applications, and planning condition compliance for offshore renewables and cabling projects. Whilst our current project base is currently focused in the UK and Ireland, the role will include exploring opportunities globally. The role will require management, support and mentoring of technical marine specialists in order to support project deliverables, as well as technical and strategic advice and document review across all phases of development . The role will also require supporting and mentoring other team members in the offshore planning team.

This role can be based in any of the UK or Ireland Offices.
