The Role : Associate Leveraged Finance ( 3- 4 PQE )

The Department : Finance
Qualifications:

A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1-2 years post qualification experience.


Experience, skills and personal attributes:
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation;
  • Prior Leveraged Finance experience is essential;
  • Experience from a highly ranked practice or team;
  • Working as part of a team and taking an active part in sharing knowledge and experience with the team;
  • Excellent people skills and a good, clear communication style;
  • There are regular opportunities for secondments with clients;
  • Engaging with internal and external counsel in London and in overseas jurisdictions;
  • Ability to work effectively within an established, close-knit team;
  • Be a self-starter, and be willing to be challenged by taking on work outside their comfort zone
  • Demonstrate ability to confidently interact with clients and develop business pro-actively;
  • A commercial and pragmatic outlook;
  • Experience in advising on cross border matters will be helpful;
  • Have attained degree certificate(s) from a reputed institution, achieving a minimum grade of 2:1 or equivalent.
