Associate Director - Cost Management

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a growing Cost Management division of one of the leading real estate companies in the world. With some huge projects looming, you will be working on some of the most exciting regeneration and commercial opportunities on the market. Based out of their world class Birmingham office, you’ll be responsible for supporting with the management of Quantity Surveyors, therefore leadership and management experience is essential. Ideally you will have a good mix of public and private sector experience and have a professional qualification such as MRICS or equivalent.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Delivering the highest quality services to clients, including managing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Supporting with the management of a team, including managing resources and workload, focusing on retention and development.
  • Preparing bids and submitting the best quality tenders.
