We are a friendly, family focused team, and are looking for a full or part time qualified dentist for an associate led mixed practice located in Chatham, Kent. Annual UDA target of 5000; with a small number of plan patients, and plenty of potential for private growth.
We are offering £12-14 per UDA (dependant on NHS experience), alongside 50% of private revenue and 50% costs on lab fees (negotiable).
The practice has two surgeries, and a stable patient list. Digital software and radiographs available. Currently, only general dental services are offered; we are looking for an associate with skills, motivation, and an interest in developing and growing cosmetic, surgical, and social orthodontic services.
Just 11 miles from Maidstone, the practice is located in a residential area and offers on site parking. Established since 1950s, the practice had great reputation locally, and has successfully built relationships with local businesses. Our long standing team are highly experienced and skilled, and will support you as much as possible. Our clinicians have various special interests to support you with your own interests; our nurses are qualified and hold post graduate certificates, and our managerial team have worked in many sectors of dentistry with over 20 years experience to also suport you with all admin and day to day responsibilities of your diaries. Our current working hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 5.30pm. Tuesdays 9am to 8pm, and Fridays 9am to 1.30pm only. Opening hours can be flexed if required.
