About The Role Of Assistant Team Manager
  • Support the Team Manager to ensure efficient and effective service delivery for adults in Wiltshire requiring care and support.
  • Manage, co-ordinate and lead the locality team in the absence of the Team Manager.
  • Provide supervision and support to Advanced practitioner SW and OT
  • To ensure efficient and effective service delivery and development for adults in Wiltshire who require assessments and support from Wiltshire Council
Requirements For An Assistant Team Manager
  • Skilled in terms of understanding performance and managing a budget
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for doing things differently to reach the best possible outcomes
  • Extensive and sophisticated leadership skills to support, develop and motivate a team of highly skilled and qualified professionals
  • Registered with Social Work England as a Social Worker or HCPC as an Occupational Therapist you will have at least 2 years’ management or supervisory experience.
Other roles you may have experience of could include: Advanced Social Worker, Assistant Team Manger. Advanced Practitioner, Advanced Occupational Therapist, Experienced Social Worker, Experienced Occupational Therapist.
