about the role

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Surveyor to join our Land and Partnerships Team on a 6-month fixed-term basis to assist with the effective management of believe housing’s commercial property portfolio and the provision of valuation services to the organisation. You will assist the Senior Surveyor and Valuer with all commercial leasehold matters, property acquisitions and disposals, and the preparation of valuations in accordance with RICS standards.

You will have proven experience of working and making decisions in a property environment, with the ability to effectively analyse and process property performance data, effectively monitor budgets to ensure value for money, as well as a strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair to optimise value.
