Looking for Assistant Managers - 20.4k Basic OTE up to 26k, Uncapped

My client is a growing business working on a large big box format and they are currently looking for a number of energetic, people with management experience and a proven skill set in sales currently looking to develop towards next stage of their career.

This business has been one of the successes throughout the challenges of 2020 and is growing, and looking for focused individuals wanting to progress to join their journey and grow that success in 2021 and beyond.

You must have had experience key holding and working within an assisted selling environment promoting sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers, understanding the benefits of selling value added products to your customers.

Working as an Assistant Manager running an operation, you must be commercially aware and have the ability to deliver against sales targets whilst delighting your customer at every interaction.

Being a driver with access to a car would be beneficial for this role as there will be some travel between sites.

The Role
You must have a desire to succeed using your management skills to support store operations.

Have a passion for selling and have the ability to succeed within a target related environment.

Be inspiring, engaging and motivating to colleagues to deliver the highest level of customer service while encouraging a fun, friendly, atmosphere.

This role is a great role for development, with full training given, and development to within the business for those who wish to progress, with a full training program to a store management role.

The role will include weekend working with one weekend off per month.

The Person

You will have retail experience as an assistant manager or be an experienced large store supervisor ready to take on next level of your career, or as a sales manager who has experience in closing the sale, but you will have the aspiration to want to grow your skill set within your role.

You will aspire to be a leader to deliver sales and profit KPI’s whilst delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.
