About Our Client
Michael Page are recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a leading refurbishment and new build construction business reporting out of the West Midlands office (Birmingham). With an enviable portfolio of works this exceptional construction business is experiencing a period of sustainable growth and now requires a strong individual to bolster their capability moving forward.
Job Description
The Assistant Site Manager will support the PM by taking responsibility for several units on sites based in Nuneaton from 1st fix through to completion. You will be on site and will liaise closely with the management team to deliver high quality units.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience working for a quality driven volume house-builder this is essential
- Health and safety conscious and at the forefront of decision making
- Be keen and eager to learn
- Be confident and comfortable in customer facing scenario’s
- Able to work with others to achieve the desired outcome
- Capable of implementing change and of using initiative
- Confident outlook combined with resilience and diplomacy
- Able to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Decision maker with pragmatic approach to problem solving
