Berners Tavern at The London EDITION is looking for its next Assistant Restaurant Manager!

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at the award-winning restaurant Berners Tavern in The London EDITION hotel.

This gastronomic gem under the direction of Executive Chef Jason Atherton boasts 140 covers, serving guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located within the stunning surroundings of The London EDITION hotel in the heart of Fitzrovia, Berners Tavern remains one of London’s most talked about restaurants. We serve a contemporary British menu that is simple yet elegant, using the very best ingredients from the British Isles. Our service is sophisticated, yet relaxed, encouraging our employees’ unique personalities to shine through and truly engage with our guests.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:

  • Be a key member of the management team within the restaurant
  • Ensure our guests receive a seamless experience on a daily basis
  • Handle any guest complaints with sophistication and confidence
  • Ensure clear communication between the restaurant floor and kitchen
